Lip line augmentation

A surgical method that makes a gull-wing incision at the top of the upper lip, improving concerns
about thin lips while also correcting drooping lips.
It has the advantages of little likelihood of hypertrophic or other scarring after surgery and little swelling.

Improving the volume of a thin lower lip

Mucosal advancement

Lip mucosal advancement is a method of moving the inner lip mucosa forward,
everting (rolling out) a lip that has rolled inward to increase volume.
It is used where the philtrum and front chin are not long, the lip border is distinct,
and the patient is sensitive about scarring or has a keloid tendency; it is applied mainly to the lower lip.

Hyaluronic acid filler (HA FILLER)

Hyaluronic acid filler shows its effect quickly, but
absorption proceeds over time so it does not last long.
Recently, however, products that can last a relatively long time (Juvederm, Belotero, Restylane and others)
have been released and are widely used. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body;
it is highly safe and can easily be removed with a dissolving agent if necessary

Micro autologous fat grafting

To harvest the smallest, softest fat suited to the lips, fat is taken from the underarm area.
It is biocompatible with few side effects, the recovery period is short and the effect is immediate.
However, natural absorption proceeds, so two or three treatments spaced over time are needed to obtain the desired volume.
It has the drawbacks that the survival rate varies between individuals and that the desired lip shape is not easy to create.

Temporal fascia from within the scalp OR autologous dermal graft augmentation

The donor tissue is harvested from an area where scars are not conspicuous — within the scalp, the inner buttock or the groin —
and inserted along the lip line after a minimal incision in the lip mucosa.
Some is absorbed over time and the absorption rate differs between individuals, so the result cannot be predicted exactly.
Because autologous tissue is used, it has the advantage of causing no allergic reaction.

Golden Diamant stays with you through recovery

Golden Diamant continues to monitor your recovery even after surgery or a procedure is finished.

Where the medical team judges that scar care is needed because of an incision or tissue harvesting, a scar care programme using Fraxel laser and scar-reducing medication is provided up to three times at no additional cost, according to the state of recovery.

If a scar remains after basic care or further treatment is needed, the medical team checks the condition in person and advises on the care required from among more than six lasers, more than four medications and stem cell treatment.

We do not stop at the surgery or procedure; we check the course of recovery carefully and continue the care that is needed.
