    Congenital or

Perioral correction using Botox and filler has fewer side effects than surgical methods and is natural;
it can sometimes ease symptoms that surgical methods cannot resolve, and through repeated treatment
the duration lengthens, so that as the habit is gradually corrected the expression can become semi-permanently your own

  • Solution 1

    Asymmetry in the thickness or shape of the lips
    corrected with filler

    Lip asymmetry includes asymmetry that appears at rest and asymmetry that appears when smiling.
    Where there is asymmetry from a difference in lip volume or slope, this can be corrected with filler.
    In this case treatment must consider the lip line, the inner mucosal line and the volume asymmetry.

  • Solution 2

    Asymmetry in the slope or length of the lips
    corrected with Botox

    Where the slope of the lips differs, work on the jaw, gums or orthodontic treatment may be needed, but Botox too can give a better-than-expected result.
    For the upper lip, correction can be made by injecting Botox into the levator labii superioris (philtrum Botox) or the zygomaticus on the side that rises more; where one side of
    the lower lip drops further, correction can be made by injecting the depressor labii inferioris on that side.

  • Solution 3

    Asymmetry in cases of a protruding mouth or receding chin
    corrected with Botox in the mentalis

    With asymmetry caused by a protruding mouth or receding chin, the lips are closed unconsciously to avoid exposing the teeth, so the mouth is pushed forward
    and the lip corners drawn down. This arises from excessive use of the mentalis; besides cases of a protruding mouth or receding chin it also
    arises from habit, and as a phenomenon commonly seen from middle age onwards, Botox treatment of the mentalis is needed to correct it

  • Solution 4

    Asymmetry where the lip corners rise less when smiling or look drooped at rest
    corrected with lip corner Botox and lip corner filler

    In such cases lip corner treatment using lip corner Botox and lip corner filler is needed. It is a treatment that injects the depressor anguli oris to strengthen relatively
    the muscles that raise the lip corners, while injecting filler into the upper lip line and the outer part of the upper lip
    so that the lip corners rise.
