Inserting the paranasal implant

Precise, firm fixation of the implant improves the volume effect

There are two ways of inserting the implant in paranasal augmentation:
‘an incision inside the mouth’ and ‘an incision inside the nose’. A silicone implant
carved to suit the individual is inserted by whichever method suits the patient. After the
one-to-one custom implant is inserted precisely through a minimal incision at the surgical site,
Golden Diamant's fixation technique secures the implant twice over so that no unnatural result
arises later from displacement of the implant.

Opinion

If an excessively large implant is inserted out of a desire to improve wrinkles, the face can end up looking awkward and simian after surgery,
or the implant can feel very foreign. Choosing an implant suited to your own face shape is important, and where wrinkles cannot be sufficiently
improved by paranasal augmentation alone, an additional procedure such as filler or autologous fat grafting may be performed.

Golden Diamant stays with you through recovery

Golden Diamant continues to monitor your recovery even after surgery or a procedure is finished.

Where the medical team judges that scar care is needed because of an incision or tissue harvesting, a scar care programme using Fraxel laser and scar-reducing medication is provided up to three times at no additional cost, according to the state of recovery.

If a scar remains after basic care or further treatment is needed, the medical team checks the condition in person and advises on the care required from among more than six lasers, more than four medications and stem cell treatment.

We do not stop at the surgery or procedure; we check the course of recovery carefully and continue the care that is needed.
