Find the double eyelid line that is just right for you
Aiming for natural-looking eyes that don't look awkward even after surgery!

WHY?
Why Golden Diamant custom eye surgery?

As explained by a board-certified plastic surgeon

What is Golden Diamant custom eye surgery?

Close-up diagram of a woman's eyes — leader lines point to four places labelled "eye correction considering skin thickness and fat volume", "double-eyelid line surgery", "surgery considering age group" and "canthoplasty considering the shape of the eye"

The surgical method is chosen to suit skin thickness,
the amount of fat, the shape of the eye and age,
and the line is set so that it connects naturally
with the line of the eye, creating beautiful eyes
that are large and defined without looking done.

In harmony with the proportions of the whole face

The 3 POINTS of custom eye surgery

  • POINT 1

One-to-one custom eye surgery by age

Through a custom consultation that analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the eyes,
a surgical method suited to their characteristics is chosen
and tailored eye surgery in harmony with the face is performed.

  • POINT 2

A smaller incision for faster recovery

A surgical approach using a smaller incision reduces swelling
and shortens the recovery period, allowing a quick return to daily life.

  • POINT 3

    Custom aftercare

With a systematic aftercare system including custom care and scar treatment,
we encourage rapid recovery after surgery and deliver more satisfying results
    with less scarring.

Preferred features of custom eye surgery by age

Because the degree of tissue ageing and each client's needs can differ with age,
Golden Diamant Plastic Surgery offers custom eye surgery using a range of techniques.

and the amount of lacrimal caruncle exposure,
tailored to the patient's image.

Precautions for eye surgery

  1. 01Double-eyelid surgery is performed under local anaesthesia and you go home the same day, so please prepare glasses, a scarf, a hat and the like to use afterwards.
  2. 02Keeping the surgical site clean is important. Do not rub it with unwashed hands; disinfect it once a day and apply antibiotic ointment.
  3. 03Contact lenses may be worn from two weeks afterwards, and make-up is possible after one week.
  4. 04After surgery, avoid bending your head down or lying face down and avoid strenuous work to prevent swelling and bruising around the eyes; it is best to sleep with your pillow raised.
  5. 05Apply the cold pack provided for two hours a day for three days, and take the anti-inflammatory and painkiller for three days.
  6. 06Make-up and washing the face are possible after suture removal; until then, wash with a damp towel.
  7. 07Swelling after surgery varies from person to person; about 60% subsides after seven days and it settles completely after one to three months.

Golden Diamant stays with you through recovery

Golden Diamant continues to monitor your recovery even after surgery or a procedure is finished.

Where the medical team judges that scar care is needed because of an incision or tissue harvesting, a scar care programme using Fraxel laser and scar-reducing medication is provided up to three times at no additional cost, according to the state of recovery.

If a scar remains after basic care or further treatment is needed, the medical team checks the condition in person and advises on the care required from among more than six lasers, more than four medications and stem cell treatment.

We do not stop at the surgery or procedure; we check the course of recovery carefully and continue the care that is needed.

Scar care equipment including a Fraxel laser, and vials of the medications used
  1. 01An aftercare kit tailored to each operation is provided
  2. 02Scar-prevention medication and scar treatment gel are prescribed
  3. 03Where the medical team judges it necessary, a scar care programme such as Fraxel laser is run up to three times from the second week after surgery
  4. 04Where further treatment is needed, a scar treatment programme is run
