The philtral groove, the heart of the lips —
natural, with surgery that considers facial harmony!

The philtrum area has two philtral ridges, and between them
is the slightly hollowed philtral groove. This groove and the philtral lines
meet the upper lip line naturally, creating a harmony
of beautiful lips and philtrum.

Youthful surgery that gives you both a younger-looking face from a philtrum line with volume
and a beautiful mouth shape at the same time!

The philtrum, the area between the nose and the lips, has a slight structure
formed by the vertical philtral ridges and the philtral groove.
Where the face is flat and featureless with no philtral groove or lines, the face
can look larger or the philtrum look long, so reconstructing the philtral groove
to create a philtrum line with volume can make the face look smaller
and the mouth shape more beautiful.

Philtral groove dimple surgery

A surgical method that creates a philtral groove through a partial incision inside the mouth.
Working on the same principle as dimple surgery,
it leaves no visible external scar and can create a philtral groove quickly,
in an operating time of about 30 minutes.
A return to daily life is possible immediately after surgery.

Golden Diamant continues to monitor your recovery even after surgery or a procedure is finished.

Where the medical team judges that scar care is needed because of an incision or tissue harvesting, a scar care programme using Fraxel laser and scar-reducing medication is provided up to three times at no additional cost, according to the state of recovery.

If a scar remains after basic care or further treatment is needed, the medical team checks the condition in person and advises on the care required from among more than six lasers, more than four medications and stem cell treatment.

We do not stop at the surgery or procedure; we check the course of recovery carefully and continue the care that is needed.
