What is a MACS Lift?

MACS lifting is a type of facelift surgery that uses minimal incisions to pull up the SMAS tissue, which is the muscle layer beneath the skin, and firmly restores elasticity to sagging and drooping skin.

Traditional facelifts offer great results, but they have the disadvantages of a long recovery period and

large incision sites. However, because MACS lifting
pulls up sagging muscles along with the skin through minimal incisions, there is less burden regarding surgery, and you can experience the full effects of a facelift with a short recovery period.

It is a highly satisfying operation, strongly recommended for those who want to resolve wrinkles
across the face in general — hollow cheeks, nasolabial folds, forehead lines — and to have a firm facial line,
and for those who hesitate over the burden of recovery from a facelift.

Lifting the SMAS layer

Also known as the facial expression muscle layer,
the cause of sagging skin and wrinkles,
after sufficiently pulling the stretched SMAS layer,
the excess remaining tissue is removed.

Suturing and dressing the incision

The incision is sutured meticulously
and finished with a dressing.

Golden Diamant stays with you through recovery

Golden Diamant continues to monitor your recovery even after surgery or a procedure is finished.

Where the medical team judges that scar care is needed because of an incision or tissue harvesting, a scar care programme using Fraxel laser and scar-reducing medication is provided up to three times at no additional cost, according to the state of recovery.

If a scar remains after basic care or further treatment is needed, the medical team checks the condition in person and advises on the care required from among more than six lasers, more than four medications and stem cell treatment.

We do not stop at the surgery or procedure; we check the course of recovery carefully and continue the care that is needed.
